Preparation-Antigen Incubation

The Humidity Chamber
Here’s the step on how to use a humidity chamber.
1) Start with the preparation by preparing your own humidity chamber at 65% RH to incubate the Assay Slide.
2) place the humidity sheet at the bottom of an empty tip boz, underneath the tip rack.
3)Use a pipet to deposit 3 x 200 uL distilled water where indicated on the humidity sheet.
4) Close the lid and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
